Above all else, the team at Vermilion UK pride themselves on providing a warm and friendly service. We take time to understand you, your business, and its needs - and this is before we even begin to develop ideas for your website.
Our mission statement is simple: "If you succeed, we succeed."
Corporate and Retail Brand & Image Development
Lyn is a multi-disciplined designer who enjoys problem solving to create design solutions that inspire and influence. She works as a translator - not of languages, but of ideas and messages. The client is the owner of the original idea and Lyn's role is to help facilitate the communication of that idea through the best and most appropriate channels. There is nothing airy fairy about the way she works with clients. She doesn't get uptight if they don't like her translation, she simply finds an alternative that better suits their unique proposition and reflects their personality. It's not about winning design awards it's about winning business, growing companies and developing brands that have real equity.
Lyn has worked in top London agencies but prefers to be her own boss and work with like-minded and complementary professionals.
Finding and developing business opportunities
Ian is a business man, first and foremost. He has helped create and manage many companies and understands the dynamics of industry and commerce. He enjoys finding business opportunities and turning them into valuable commodities. He believes strongly in strategic thinking but his tactics are often intuitive - something that cannot be taught and can only be developed through the diversity of a lifetime in business.
Ian's role in the Vermilion UK team is to develop our own and our client's business. He stays behind the scenes but keeps a weather eye on the big picture at all times.
Web Design, Development, SEO
Jeff heads up the web development team, bringing with him over 16 years' experience of Corporate and SME website design. Before becoming immersed in the world wide web, he spent many years as a graphic designer in the advertising and print industries. Along the way he has embraced many new technologies moving from hand separated mechanicals, through to reprographics and photo-typesetting, to desktop publishing and pre-press, and of course now - the Internet.
Apart from design elements and back-end development, Jeff also oversees Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including Social Media.
Here comes the Cookie Monster (again)!
No, we’re not talking about Jim Henson’s little furry blue friend here. That would be too easy, and way too much fun!...
